Appointments and Cancellation Policies
Most often 2 to 3 hours, or more, have been blocked off for an appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance so I can schedule another guest for that slot.
Clients that don't show or call ahead past the 24-hour period will be responsible for paying the no-show price of $35.
When guests are no-shows or no-call, they disrespect the time I have blocked off for them and my ability to make an income (I do have a family to take care of), as well as other guests who are trying to get the services I provide.
Running Late
We know traffic can be horrendous and that the lines at the grocery store are long. Please plan accordingly so you can receive all the services scheduled for your appointment, especially for that amazing Glam look!
Should you show up late and the services scheduled cannot be obtained, then you will be considered a no-show and the above policy could be implemented.
Redo’s
We understand that sometimes service may need to be tweaked, a certain cut, color or eyelash extension that didn’t come out to your expectation. We will only honor that if you reach out to me within 5 business days after your appointment.
New Client Consultations
Consultations are complimentary. I allow 15 minutes for this complimentary service. I encourage you to have a clear vision of what you are expecting. Bringing inspirational pictures and a written list of past services (color, highlights, cut, style, etc.) to me, will make communication between us much clearer. Please note that the vision you have may require more time than expected, it can be a journey not a race to the finish line. I'm not a magician but I can make magic happen.
